• These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Queen via our website, Facebook page, or any other sales channel.

• We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

• We strive to display accurate product descriptions, sizes, and colors. However, due to screen settings or lighting, colors may vary slightly from the actual product.

• Sizes are mentioned in the product description. Customers are advised to check before ordering.

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be confirmed before shipping.

• Payments are made in Cash on Delivery (COD) unless otherwise stated.

• Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Queen is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact numbers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping charges:

  • Inside Dhaka City: 70 BDT

  • Outside Dhaka City: 120 BDT

• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier service delays, natural causes, or public holidays.

5. Return & Refund Policy

• Customers may check the product in front of the delivery person before payment.

• If the product is returned at the time of delivery, the customer must pay the delivery charge.

• Once the product is accepted and payment is made, no return, exchange, or refund will be accepted.

6. Privacy

• We respect your privacy and protect your personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Queen is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

শর্তাবলী

কুইন-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করে বা আমাদের কাছ থেকে পণ্য ক্রয় করে, আপনি নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন। অনুগ্রহ করে এগুলো মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন।

১. সাধারণ শর্ত

• এই শর্তাবলী কুইন থেকে ওয়েবসাইট, ফেসবুক পেজ বা অন্য যেকোনো চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে করা সমস্ত ক্রয়ের জন্য প্রযোজ্য।

• আমরা যে কোনো সময় পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখি।

২. পণ্যের তথ্য

• আমরা সঠিক পণ্যের বিবরণ, সাইজ ও রঙ প্রদর্শনের চেষ্টা করি। তবে স্ক্রিন সেটিংস বা আলো-আঁধারের কারণে রঙ সামান্য ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

• সাইজ পণ্যের বিবরণে উল্লেখ থাকে। অর্ডারের আগে যাচাই করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

৩. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

• সমস্ত অর্ডার শিপমেন্টের আগে কনফার্ম করতে হবে।

• পেমেন্ট ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) পদ্ধতিতে হবে যদি না অন্য কিছু উল্লেখ থাকে।

• গ্রাহককে সঠিক ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা ও যোগাযোগ নম্বর দিতে হবে। ভুল ঠিকানা বা নম্বরের কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে কুইন দায়ী থাকবে না।

৪. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি

• শিপিং চার্জ:

  • ঢাকা শহরের ভিতরে: ৭০ টাকা

  • ঢাকা শহরের বাইরে: ১২০ টাকা

• কুরিয়ার বিলম্ব, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা সরকারি ছুটির কারণে ডেলিভারি সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি

• গ্রাহক ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পণ্য পরীক্ষা করতে পারবেন।

• ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য ফেরত দিলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহককে প্রদান করতে হবে।

• পণ্য গ্রহণ এবং বিল পরিশোধের পর কোনো রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিফান্ড গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

৬. গোপনীয়তা

• আমরা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্যের গোপনীয়তাকে সম্মান করি এবং আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতি অনুযায়ী তা সুরক্ষিত রাখি।

৭. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা

• পণ্য বা সেবা ব্যবহারের ফলে বা ব্যবহার করতে অক্ষম হওয়ার কারণে সৃষ্ট কোনো পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক বা পরিণামমূলক ক্ষতির জন্য কুইন দায়ী থাকবে না।
