At Queen, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and at an affordable shipping rate. Please read our shipping policy to know the details.

1. Shipping Charges

• Inside Dhaka City: 70 BDT
• Outside Dhaka City: 120 BDT

2. Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 1–3 working days.
• Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days.

3. Delivery Method

We deliver through trusted courier services to ensure your products reach you safely.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Fridays and public holidays) after confirmation.

5. Inspection Before Payment

Customers may check the product in front of the delivery person before making payment. If the product is returned at the time of delivery, the customer must pay the delivery charge.

6. Shipping Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website.

শিপিং নীতি

কুইন-এ আমরা চেষ্টা করি আপনার অর্ডার দ্রুত, নিরাপদে এবং সাশ্রয়ী মূল্যে পৌঁছে দিতে। অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের শিপিং নীতি ভালোভাবে পড়ুন।

১. শিপিং চার্জ

• ঢাকা শহরের ভিতরে: ৭০ টাকা
• ঢাকা শহরের বাইরে: ১২০ টাকা

২. ডেলিভারি সময়

• ঢাকার ভিতরে: আনুমানিক ১–৩ কর্মদিবস
• ঢাকার বাইরে: আনুমানিক ৩–৫ কর্মদিবস

৩. ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি

আমরা বিশ্বস্ত কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করি যাতে তা নিরাপদে আপনার কাছে পৌঁছায়।

৪. অর্ডার প্রসেসিং

অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর (শুক্রবার ও সরকারি ছুটির দিন বাদে) ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে প্রসেস করা হয়।

৫. পেমেন্টের আগে পরীক্ষা

গ্রাহক ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পণ্য পরীক্ষা করতে পারবেন। ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য ফেরত দিলে গ্রাহককে ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রদান করতে হবে।

৬. শিপিং নীতি পরিবর্তন

আমরা সময়ে সময়ে এই নীতি পরিবর্তন করতে পারি। পরিবর্তনসমূহ আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশ করা হবে।
